About
I'm a healthcare operations leader based in the Miami area. I studied Economics at Harvard College and have spent my career at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and operations.
I began my career at Bain & Company advising Fortune 500 companies on technology strategy and large-scale systems implementations. From there I moved into healthcare tech at Commure, partnering with provider organizations to implement and scale revenue cycle management automation. I now work in Product Operations at The Public Interest Company.
I speak English and Spanish, and care deeply about building systems that improve outcomes — not just for organizations, but for patients.

Beyond Work
Being outside is where I'm most at home. I've spent years exploring this country — national parks, back roads, places most people don't think to stop — and a solo road trip a few years back took me through more of it than I'd ever expected. Mountains, trails, open sky. That restlessness for open space hasn't gone away and I don't expect it will.
I come from a large Cuban-Asian family that stretches from Hawaii to London, with most of us rooted in Miami and Chicago. Family is central to who I am. I also follow baseball and football.
